Beginning in 2003, our partnership focuses on financial wellbeing of Australians. Together, we support social and economic participation for all.

Financial Wellbeing – we deliver award winning programs that are focused on financial wellbeing including Saver Plus and MoneyMinded . We have supported over 50,000 people across Australia through our financial education programs.

Employment Opportunities – Since 2007, ANZ has provided employment opportunities for people from migrant, refugee and asylum seeking backgrounds through BSL’s social enterprise, Given the Chance  program. Throughout our partnership we have placed over 240 disadvantaged jobseekers into paid employment at ANZ in Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania.

ANZ Tony Nicholson Research Fellowship – Established in 2018, ANZ funds a research fellowship to support talented young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to undertake research in areas aligned to BSL’s program practice, and priority issues of shared interest with ANZ, including financial wellbeing, environmental sustainability and housing. Employee Engagement – ANZ employees play a huge role in our partnership by contributing through workplace giving, professional mentoring and other bespoke volunteering opportunities across BSL’s community programs.
