Reana Cazar

Senior Research Officer

Reana joined the Youth Opportunities team of SPARC in 2022. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) and Teaching from the Australian Catholic University.

Reana was previously a manager at YLab Global, the Foundation for Young Australian’s co-design consultancy. She currently sits of the board of Future Connect, a Local Learning and Employment Network (LLEN) serving young people in the Brimbank and Melton region.

At BSL, Reana is providing strategic and operational support to the National Youth Employment Body through data management.
