This program offers social connections and a packed schedule of stimulating activities each Friday to older people and those with a disability in the Craigieburn area of northern Melbourne.

COVID-19

The health and safety of all our clients and members is our number one priority. To help achieve this goal during the Covid-19 pandemic we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Craigieburn Social Connections Hub.

Our frontline staff are maintaining contact with all our clients and members to ensure they remain fully supported, reassured and socially connected. Find out more .

Please call us on (03) 9483 1345 if you would like to hear updates about when this service will reopen.
