The early years: Consultation with providers of early childhood services in the Melbourne municipalities of Yarra, Hume and Moreland
This document reports on Phase Two of the Early Years Project, undertaken by the Brotherhood of St. Laurence in conjunction with the Centre for Community Child Health.
It gathered information about services provided in three Melbourne municipalities for children aged up to 3 years, from disadvantaged families, and sought to identify gaps and opportunities in service provision.
