Seasonal labour mobility: responsible business conduct, decent work and regional engagement
This paper was prepared for the OECD ILO conference 'Employment and industrial relations: promoting responsible business conduct', held in Paris in June 2008.
It considers how seasonal migrant workers can best be protected by the application of international conventions, state regulation and private sector corporate responsibility.
