Frankston North Communities for Children local evaluation: final report

This evaluation of the local implementation of the national Communities for Children initiative in Frankston North on Melbourne's south-eastern fringe incorporated the Most Significant Change methodology.

It examined the outcomes of activities ranging from playgroups to parenting support groups for children, families and the community from the perspective of parents and service providers.
