BSL Grow - City of Whittlesea
Welcome to BSL Grow!

A free early years program for families with children aged 2–3 years
BSL Grow – City of Whittlesea is a program for families with 2-3 year old children in areas such as Epping, Lalor, Mill Park, South Morang, and Mernda, Whittlesea township, Wollert, Donnybrook, Eden Park and surrounds. We work with local services to support your child’s learning, development and health - so they can thrive, feel safe, and belong.

Angela Chiaravalloti – Family Coach
![]() | Hi, my name is Angela. I’m passionate about supporting families and making sure you feel welcome, understood and respected. I’ve worked at BSL for over six years. I have more than 12 years of experience helping families from various backgrounds. I’m also a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, with skills in early intervention and family support. As a Family Coach, I enjoy getting to know families. I work alongside you in a supportive way. I’m here to help you feel confident, recognise your strengths, and connect with services that will help your child learn and thrive. I’m a parent to an almost three-year-old. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being in nature. |
