Hi, I am Binaz.

I have been working with BSL for 7 years supporting families from asylum seeker and refugee backgrounds to connect to community in the Whittlesea area.

I worked 23 years in Syria in Family Law. I speak English and Arabic. I am passionate in supporting families, especially families where English is not their first language.

I look forward to meeting you.

Hi, my name is Angela.

I’m passionate about supporting families and making sure you feel welcome, understood and respected.

I’ve worked at BSL for over six years. I have more than 12 years of experience helping families from various backgrounds. I’m also a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, with skills in early intervention and family support.

As a Family Coach, I enjoy getting to know families. I work alongside you in a supportive way. I’m here to help you feel confident, recognise your strengths, and connect with services that will help your child learn and thrive.

I’m a parent to an almost three-year-old. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being in nature.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you and your child.

My job has helped me learn a lot about the local area and build strong connections with the community.

I am excited to work with the community in my role as Community Connector. I will be working at Jindi and across the City of Whittlesea on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I look forward to meeting you all.
