Meet the team
Fatima Khaliq – Family Coach
Fatima Khaliq
Hi, my name is Fatima.
I have a background in kindergarten teaching and leadership. I have been teaching for over 13 years.
I come from Punjab, Pakistan – the land of five rivers. I am a proud mum of three children aged 10–15 years old. I love cooking new dishes, exploring Victorian country towns, and camping. I also like reading but don’t get much time with a busy family schedule.
I am here to walk alongside you and support you in your child’s learning journey. I can do it through meeting you in person at Muyan, at the library or in the comfort of your own home. If you have a 2-3 year old child and you would like to know more about how I can be of help, please talk to me. You can also ask one of Muyan Educators about it. I am looking forward to seeing you.

Ella Callaway – Family Coach
Ella Callaway
Hi, my name is Ella.
I hold a close connection to Gunditjmara Country as my mum grew up there on a beautiful farm that is still in my family. I also enjoy swimming down at Nairm (Port Phillip Bay) whenever there is a warm day.
I am a qualified Early Childhood Teacher that has worked across multiple different Early Childhood services over the last 12 years. I am now currently working for Brotherhood of St. Laurence as a Family Coach delivering the Early Years Integrated Approach. I am so excited to build relationships and support families and their children in this unique role. I will be working from Muyan on Wednesdays and Thursdays and will be out in the community for the remainder of the week.
I am a proud mother of a gorgeous and curious 18 month old boy named Ordi, and when I’m not working you will find me and my family thrifting at markets and Op Shops, spending time out in nature, and enjoying picnics in new parks and places. I look forward to meeting you all.
