A supportive, multi‑week program that helps women explore their strengths, build confidence, and develop a personalised plan toward employment, education, or other life goals.
Objective: Empower participants with clarity, motivation, and practical tools to progress their individual pathways.

A practical, skills‑focused workshop covering job readiness, resumes, interview preparation, and employer expectations.
Objective: Increase participants’ confidence and capability to pursue employment opportunities.

A foundational financial wellbeing session focused on budgeting, managing expenses, understanding financial products, and building confidence with money decisions.

A guided walk‑through of key Services Australia systems, supports, and processes, helping participants understand what’s available and how to access it.
Objective: Build the skills and confidence to independently navigate government services & help users understand their rights.

‘Who Does the Dishes?’ (all genders):
This workshop is reflective session exploring gender stereotypes and the distribution of unpaid labour at home.
Objective: Promote equality, shared responsibility, and awareness of how gender expectations influence wellbeing. Highlighting the reduced capacity for paid employment due to home commitments; affecting women to a greater extent.

- Build Your Budget, learn how to create, adjust, and stick to a budget.
- Understanding Investment Basics, learn investment terms, risk/return, 4 main types of investment, how does interest work, things to consider when investing, taxation with investments
- Using Credit Wisely, learn about different credit providers and how to use credit wisely.
- Exploring Superannuation, learn how Super works, Super accounts and funds, choosing the right Super fund, fees & charges, performance, investment options, insurance locating and consolidating your Super, lost Super
- Creating Financial Goals, learn how to create SMART goals and how to reach them.
