We’re delighted to begin reopening our stores

As we continue to evolve with the changing environment, we have some important updates to share.

We’re going to take a phased approach to reopening, so we can do it properly, with adequate social distancing and stepped-up hygiene measures firmly in place.

This means our larger stores will open first, and we’ll gladly accept your generous donations during business hours.

All donated items will continue to be quarantined for 48 hours before being sorted. Unfortunately, we cannot receive donated items at stores that are still closed, so for now, please don’t leave goods outside those stores.

We look forward to welcoming everybody back!
