HOURS: 9.30am to 5pm Mon - Fri, except Thurs 9.30am - 7pm & Sun 10am - 5pm
DAYS: We require volunteers every day of the week.

About the store:
We house an enormous collection of books, ladies fashion and a dedicated portion of the store to the iconic "Hunter/Gatherer" concept. This includes a range of antique furniture, quirky retro knick-knacks and even all sorts of collectables.
The store also sells men’s clothing, fashion accessories, shoes, CDs, records, cassettes, jewellery, children’s clothes, bric-a-brac, furniture, mattresses and a good range of manchester.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide a high-quality customer service experience to the public, and to support paid and volunteer staff in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Main responsibilities of the role
Responsibilities will include welcoming customers into the shop, and assisting with any specific needs; cleaning, merchandising/stock presentation, all round customer service; ensuring all areas are clean including selling area, sorting area, delivery area, bathroom, kitchen and footpath; high-level customer service; and cooperating with colleagues to enhance the team effort.
To be a successful candidate for this position you will have:
- customer service skills desirable
- ability to work well in a team
- a ‘Can Do’ proactive attitude and positive team spirit
- interest in retail and recycled goods preferred.
- previous retail experience and/or experience in recycled goods would be an advantage
- understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood, and a commitment to the objectives and success of the Brotherhood stores.
Time commitment can be as little as half a day a week, with full training provided in a friendly and supportive environment.
