The Youth Collaboration Trial (YCT) operated during 2013 and 2014 in Frankston, Craigieburn and the western suburbs of Melbourne as a model of service integration designed to ensure that young people aged 15–24 would be prepared for, and able to sustain, employment.

Funded by the Ian Potter Foundation and involving a wide range of partners, YCT aimed to link employment, education and training services such as Youth Connections and Job Services Australia providers, using existing government funding.

The evaluation of YCT involved interviews with key stakeholders and analysis of the participant database.
