This study investigated the impact of energy audits and retrofits for households that took part in the Warm Home Cool Home (WHCH) and Concession Assist (CA) programs in the City of Moreland in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

The two programs aimed to address cost, information and trust barriers faced by low-income residents in improving the energy efficiency of their homes.

The programs were led by Moreland Energy Foundation in partnership with the Brotherhood of St Laurence, Moreland City Council and Sustainability Victoria, and funded under the Australian Government's Solar Cities program.
