Home Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program final report
01 August 2017The Home Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program (HEEUP) was a trial in Victoria funded by the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science to help households overcome these barriers. The final report describes the program delivery as well as research findings about the optimum subsidy, early changes to energy consumption and the cost-effectiveness of different upgrades. Published by the Brotherhood of St Laurence, it also includes commissioned chapters from the Monash Sustainability Institute, Monash University Department of Economics and Oakley Greenwood.
