During our last Town Hall we announced that the first phase of our 2023-2030 Strategy is now complete and we're now looking ahead to the next one.

During our last Town Hall we announced that the first phase of our 2023-2030 Strategy is now complete and we're now looking ahead to the next one. The first phase of our strategy roadmap reviewed our previous strategy based on input from both internal and external stakeholders.

Now, as we focus on Phase 2, the Core Project Team led by Assistant Executive Director Lucia Boxelaar, has been integrating all of this material so we can set our priorities.

"Over the next decade, there's a great opportunity to work with Federal and State governments, who are much more aligned with our agenda, and offers a greater canvas for reform. It gives us great opportunity as an organisation to pursue a really ambitious agenda in the years ahead." said Lucia during the February Town Hall.
