Hours: Full time, permanent
The Brotherhood provides home care services to clients across Melbourne with a particular focus on the southern and northern suburbs. Working closely with the General Manager you will develop a business plan to support the continued growth of this service as it expands across Melbourne. You will take a lead role in ensuring that the Brotherhood’s service continues to evolve as the needs of their clients develop and change. You will ensure the operational excellence of this service, achieving high levels of satisfaction among clients as well as ensuring that the service is growth orientated and financially sustainable.
You have an excellent understanding of home care service provision. You are passionate about ensuring that older people are empowered to achieve their goals and live their life to the full. Your skills enable you to manage the multiple requirements of ensuring that high levels of compliance and quality are maintained and that the staff you lead are highly engaged and committed during times of change.
