General Manager of 
Aged Care Services

Hours: Full time, permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for a General Manager of Aged Care Services for driving the organisation's strategy in aged care with a strong focus on a person centred approach. 

The Brotherhood's aged care business is significant, representing many hundreds of clients and over $30 million of revenue. It provides both residential and home care services and a range of related services such as respite and day care services. The Brotherhood is an innovator in developing new models of care as expressed in new facilities and programs and by taking a strong advocacy position on behalf of its clients. This role will be responsible for driving the organisation's strategy in aged care with a strong focus on a person centred approach.

You have substantial experience in providing outstanding aged care services and have a record of delivering commercial success in combination with high levels of client satisfaction and a values-based perspective on your work. As a member of the Executive you will contribute to the organisation's overall strategy and success. Your relationship management and interpersonal skills ensure that you are well respected. You are an effective leader who can galvanise high levels of engagement and build strong, cohesive teams.
