Hours: Full time, permanent
The Brotherhood of St Laurence has a wonderful reputation built through over 80 years of community service. The organisation has a proud history of service provision to disadvantaged members of our society. It is well known as a highly principled and ethical organisation with strong values of respect, engagement and empowerment. This role will give you an opportunity to contribute to the business development plan for the growth of Brotherhood home care services, then leading its implementation, continuing to fulfil all that this proud organisation represents. The role is a true mix of strategy and delivery, and we seek a person who is comfortable in personal sales, particularly to intermediaries. In addition you will play a key role in developing business development skills across existing staff to ensure that their excellence of service is matched by excellence in commercial achievement.
You are an experienced business development professional with a record of having contributed to strategy as well as having achieved sales budgets. You have a passion for growth and a capacity to inspire others with this enthusiasm. You have a record of success in services environments. Experience in aged care is not necessary. Your principles and values align with those of the Brotherhood and you are excited by the opportunity to embark on the next chapter of your career
