Changing Pressures bulletinThe purpose of the Changing Pressures Project is to monitor and respond to the human impact of increased costs and reduced services on people on low incomes, in particular attacks on the value of the social wage. The findings, including comments from people directly affected, are documented in 8-page bulletins. Bulletin No.13 'Seeing clearly' (June 2004) identifies factors which affect access to appropriate eyecare services by low-income Victorians.
