Brotherhood Care Packages (Southern)

With funding from state and Commonwealth governments and client contributions, a range of programs have been brought together to provide individualised support to enable frail older people and people with disabilities to stay at home as long as possible. Without this support, many clients would have to move to residential facilities. BSL Care Packages (Southern) looks after people living in the area from Chelsea to Portsea.
