About the training
Our pre-vocational training, in areas such as occupational health and safety, time management and Australian workplace culture, helps job seekers prepare for work or work-based training.
We deliver the training to small groups, which allows us to tailor it to specific needs.

Features
Our pre-vocational training offers:
- training, support and assistance to people experiencing barriers to skilled employment, to enable them to obtain and maintain an Australian Apprenticeship or Traineeship
- training that is tailored to meet trainee needs
- a thorough introduction to the industry the trainee would like to enter
- a simulated work environment allowing trainees to experience workplace culture, expectations and scenarios, to better prepare them for a transition into mainstream employment
- a mix of accredited and non-accredited training aligned to current job opportunities.
