Disability Services

About the program

Offered in Melbourne’s south and on the Mornington Peninsula, Nexus Community and Respite Disability Services provide community-based activities for people with a disability and respite options for carers.

Flexibility is a key feature of the program, with activity plans tailored to suit individual needs and interests. As well as day activities, we can arrange evening, overnight and weekend activities and respite, either in-home, in the community, at camps, or at the facility of a partner organisation.

For carers we offer recreational activities, social events, resource materials and carer support networks. For more information, see our Nexus Respite Services.

Nexus is run from our Integrated Community Care and Respite Services Centre in Frankston.
