Integrated Community Care and Respite Services Centre

About the centre
The Integrated Community Care and Respite Services Centre in Frankston, in Melbourne’s south-east, provides services for older people, people with a disability and their carers to help them enjoy lives with choices and with dignity.
At the centre we offer respite care for people with dementia, social activities that help people with a disability and their carers to participate in community life, packages of care services that help older people and people with disabilities to continue to live independently at home, and leisure activities for older people and those managing a chronic illness or disability.
The centre continues our long tradition of work for older people, and people with disabilities, in the area, dating back to the 1940s when the founder of the Brotherhood, Father Gerard Tucker, built cottages for older people in nearby Carrum Downs.
