Our work with partner employers is crucial to the success of the jobseekers we place into work.
We recognise that employers need motivated people with the right skills for the job, and so we've worked in partnership with various employers to broker a diverse range of work placements and job opportunities to suit both our jobseekers’ and employers’ needs.
No employer is too big or too small to partner with the Brotherhood. Some examples of our current partners include ANZ, Woolworths, the Victorian Department of Transport and the City of Yarra.
Through our intensive support programs, the Brotherhood’s Employer Services team demonstrates that, with the right support, jobseekers who have not previously been competitive in the ordinary labour market can improve their skills and become highly productive employees.
Our jobseekers strengthen workplaces by creating a socially inclusive and diverse environment and demonstrate tremendous commitment to make the most of the employment opportunities they would not otherwise have.

What we offer employers
We offer flexible options to suit your recruitment needs, including:
- Given the Chance: This fixed term paid work placement program provides much-needed Australian workplace experience to jobseekers, whilst giving employers time to identify whether those recruited may be suitable for longer-term employment.
- Traineeships and Apprenticeships: Traineeships and apprenticeships provide on-the-job experience, coupled with tailored, industry-based qualifications
- Direct Recruitment: For employers who knows exactly what they need and for whom we have the perfect person for the job!
