Brotherhood social enterprises
The Brotherhood runs a diverse range of businesses, or social enterprises. Some of these are principally established to provide job seekers with training, support and a job, while others are mainly set up to generate income to run our unfunded activities.
Our social enterprises with an employment focus offer job seekers supported, paid work and training over a 12-month period, preparing trainees for mainstream employment.
By providing high levels of tailored support, we help ensure job seekers:
- complete a training qualification
- develop the skills they need to be job ready
- get real paid work
- build up their rèsumès.
These businesses provide professional services and can be hired at competitive rates.
