Our vision for greater workforce utilisation
On 31 August 2010 we launched our vision for greater workforce utilisation at a business leaders luncheon, encouraging businesses, governments, communities and individuals to join forces with us in an effort to maximise workforce participation and increase future national prosperity.
Regardless of where your business is based in Australia, and whether it is large or small, the Brotherhood can support you to take on disadvantaged job seekers and develop successful ongoing employment relationships.
We can assist you through:
- the development of traineeships and apprenticeships that reflect your needs
- tailored training to engage job seekers that suit your recruitment processes
- advocacy for supporting diverse job seekers
- assistance to help you coordinate relevant government support programs and resources
- ongoing mentorship and support for job seekers placed within your organisation.
Our flexible, integrated model of training, recruitment and support for candidates in a wide range of positions has delivered excellent results for many organisations.
Work with us to bring disadvantaged Australians into the world of work and help develop a solution to future labour shortages. Call (03) 9483 1394 or email lamy@nullbsl.org.au to find out how your business can become involved.
